►Sheet metal bending is one of the important processes in sheet metal processing and has the following main characteristics:
Bending can process structures of various angles and shapes, and is suitable for the forming of complex parts.
With the help of CNC bending machines and other CNC processing equipment, high-precision Angle control and dimensional repeatability can be achieved.
It can be applied to various materials (such as stainless steel, aluminum plates, cold-rolled plates, etc.) and sheet metal materials of different thicknesses.
Compared with mold forming, bending does not require complex molds and is suitable for medium and small batch customized production.
