This is large size CNC machining aluminum parts customized by us for our customers.Anodizing is a surface treatment process that generates a dense oxide film on the surface of CNC Machining Alumina Parts through the principle of electrolysis. Mainly used for aluminum and aluminum alloy materials, through the electrolyte power, so that aluminum parts as the anode to form a uniform oxide layer, improve its corrosion resistance, hardness and surface beauty. The oxide film itself has a microporous structure, which can be dyed to achieve a variety of color effects. Anodizing can also improve coating adhesion, which is one of the important processes to improve the quality of CNC Machining Alumina parts.
In the US military standard MIL-A-8625, anodizing is divided into three types:
