Anodizing is an electrochemical surface treatment process, mainly used for aluminum and its alloy materials, by electrolysis to create a dense oxide film on its surface. The process is usually carried out in an acidic electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, oxalic acid), the CNC machining of aluminum parts as an anode, and the oxidation reaction occurs on the metal surface after the power is applied to form a porous structure of alumina layer. Subsequently, color is given by coloring treatment (dye adsorption or electrolytic deposition), and the pores are closed by high-temperature sealing treatment, thereby improving the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and insulation properties of the film layer.
