CNC Machining POM Components

These are our custom POM and Derlin NC machined parts. POM, also known as steel, is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and wear resistance. It has strong self-lubrication, low water absorption and good dimensional stability, and is widely used in precision parts processing, such as gears, sliders, shaft sleeves and so on. POM has good electrical insulation and chemical resistance at the same time, and is an ideal material to replace metal parts. It has the following characteristics:

• High strength and rigidity: Maintain good mechanical properties over a wide temperature range
• Low friction coefficient: strong self-lubrication, excellent wear resistance, suitable for moving parts
• Good dimensional stability: CNC machining POM parts have low water absorption, and are not easy to deform after processing
• Strong chemical resistance: resistant to a variety of solvents, fats, weak acids and weak alkalis
• Excellent insulation performance: suitable for parts with high electrical insulation requirements.

We have a technical team dedicated to machining metals and plastics. Factory process: order review, drawing review, product numerical control programming, production planning, machining, quality inspection, packaging and transportation. Our technicians have accumulated a lot of technical experience in the processing of metals and plastics, and we have carried out detailed analysis of product deformation in the processing of metals and plastics. In almost all parts processing, workers will make clamps to control the deformation of the product.
