Anodizing of CNC Machining aluminum is a technique of forming an oxide film on the surface of aluminum by electrochemical process. The transparent, porous alumina (Al₂O₃) not only significantly improves the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and hardness of aluminum, but also gives it excellent insulation and decoration, and can be customized in different colors to meet the needs of function and aesthetics.

• Oxidation dyeing process through anodic oxidation to form a porous alumina film as a dyeing carrier and enhance corrosion resistance, and then the use of organic dyes (acid/dispersed) to achieve red, blue, green and other bright colors or gradual effects, often used in electronic shell and decorative parts; Inorganic dyeing through silver/copper salt penetration to form a light resistant anti-aging calm tone, suitable for outdoor industrial equipment. In addition, electrolytic coloring makes nickel/tin ions deposited in the film holes, showing metallic texture color (such as bronze, champagne gold), and finally solidified color by sealing treatment to ensure that CNC machining aluminum parts do not fade for a long time.
